Each bracelet has 13 genuine semi-precious 8mm beads and 12 crystal glass crackle beads (Clear Quartz options have red or orange glass crackle beads) all separated by silver plated spacer beads. Bracelets are adjustable to fit any adult wrist size and just go on over the hand.
