SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All jewellery orders are handmade and processed within 2 weeks (commissions may take a little longer). I aim to send out orders for tumbled stones and accessories within 48 hours. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders (normally around busy periods like Christmas), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

Shipping is via Royal Mail and costs are based on weight of your order and will be calculated at the checkout. I offer free shipping for orders over £60 (UK ONLY)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify me if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Please state if you would like a refund or a replacement. You will then have another 14 days to send the goods back to me. You will need to bear the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Also the item(s) should be returned in their original condition.

For faulty or broken items follow guidance above except in this case I will refund the cost of your postage.

Please note: Unless faulty I can not except returns of earrings if the seal has been broken on the bag they are supplied in for reasons of hygiene and safety.
